Contact our concierge team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.
Package Securely
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as diamond grading reports and appraisals.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid label to a shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
